Struggled with Ticketmaster when I was going last year so ended up going to the ticket window on the ground level the day before at MSG and picked out decent tickets on the second level.
Was for Cleveland Cavs with LeBron James playing so a reasonably in demand game.

easy to get them at ground on the day have walked up to b9x office few times and they've always had plenty.
